Refund Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have designated (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, or any other clear statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. How to Notify Us of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email at question@vorkalinghunexar.world. You may include your name, address, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay. If you have received the goods, you must return them to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

3. Returning the Product

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. The product should be returned in its original packaging where possible, unopened and unused, to preserve its condition. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and retaining proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit when returned by you. If you return goods that have been opened or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the goods.

4. Refund Process

We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will carry out such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. For dietary supplements, this may apply if the product has been opened and the seal broken, as we cannot resell opened products for safety reasons. In such cases, we may refuse a refund or deduct an amount for diminished value. We will inform you of any deduction before processing the refund.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at question@vorkalinghunexar.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. You may be asked to provide photographs of the defect or damage. We aim to resolve such issues as quickly as possible and will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items.

7. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund any payment already made. If the order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as described above once you receive the goods.
